Currently playing gigs or overall? I am fairly old school on this: Madness, Specials, English Beat etc...still the best, although the younger revival bands are good as well.
New ska is on a downswing it seems - it happens. Check out the classics :)

The Specials are one of the best EVER, Desmond Dekker was great too! Contempoary Ska that I like is Lily Allen.

I would suggest going with some 2nd revival bands like The Specials, Selector, and English Beat. Much better than the new stuff.
