I'm sorry angel but you a re wrong, only the heaviest of the heaviest rain will effect the reception of sky, i have Sky + and wouldn't be with out it, i my own findings i have found that sky have been quick to answer the phone as long as you don't call a peak times, and as for fitting, some are good and some are bad its the chance you take, at the moment i am waiting for sky broad band to be fitted, so that's another sky product i have, when i was on the phone ordering my broad band that operator was telling me that sky are going to take over the world of TV in 5 years, i laughed thinking he was joking but he told me he wasn't and meant it. Lets wait and see.......

sky + is amazing, however the memory can fill up really quickly lol but if you use it in moderation it is unlikly it will fill up. Also it is slightly slower that normal sky to change channels but hey i think its amazing :) well worth money, unlike sky movies and sky sports :P do not get them, absolute watse of money! the twin tuner function is good aswell, record one program while watching other channels. Basically stress free tv :) hope it helped :D and yes sky is very advise reluctant :(

We have sky plus. We got it free when we recommended someone. But it took ages for them to come and install it and we had to make a few phone calls before we got it done. Then the engineer put the cables in wrong and my bloke had to put it right, and he also made a crap job of the wiring. But now its in it works ok.

I think sky is waste of time and money because when the weather is bad you cant watch anything, and when they get you to join they dont tell about hidden charges I wouldnt bother if I was you angel

I have Sky + and HD, but the service off Skyis appalling, especially the phone service which can take up to 1 hour or more to speak to an operator.
The trouble is they have us in their grip as all the UK is to go digital.
