No, as my grandmother use to tell me, the car goes in the garage at night. So why would I want to be with a guy, just for the things he own, I want to be with him for who he is.

No. I tend to find materialism shallow. There's nothing wrong with liking nice things, but being materialistic is completely different. People are more important than things.
Think about it this way - would you really want to be with a woman who might choose to save her $4,000 hand bag over you if the house was on fire?
