I am missing Internet Options on my laptop, and I had tried everything. I go to Contol Option and there is nothing in Internet Options. I had tried to download Internet Explorer 7 but nothing happens, I can't even browse anything. Also, I am missing the toolbar in the Internet. Please, help. How do I fix it?

Start Menu > Run > inetcpl.cpl
FYI, You sound like you have virus or some kind of malware blocking various things. I expect to see another question from you soon. LOL

Hit the Alt key once (and let it go) to see the menu bar, then select Tools > Internet Options.
This was a new "feature" added in IE7.

I would recommend running a virus scan, sometimes a virus will cause this problem. Than go to your control panel, and/remove programs, go to windows installation and uncheck IE. Reboot your computer and than go back into there and check it. This should re-install it...Hope this helps :)
