Hi, im going for my broker license, and just wanted someone that is experienced to tell me how they like their job, and if the pay is good. Also, I only have my broker's for the state of North Carolina, should I do more? I want to succeed! Can someone help me, thank you?

I work in Real Estate and love it.

You can't beat the money and there's plenty of opportunites for success.

It doesn't hurt to obtain licensing in other states if you travel their often or have a quick way to get to the location if the need arises - but realistically - a license for one state is just as good.

Well, no one pays you, you pay yourself, it is not like being an agent.
