Thrush/balanitis, or male yeast infection question?
I am a circumcised male, and i think i may have thrush/balanitis. If I have it, is it possible for the infection to begin on the underside of my penis, and then slowly spread to the crease between my leg and my genitalia, and then to my testicle?

Also, would there be a stench to it? Thank you very much.

Yes, without treatment it is very common for the condition to spread throughout the genital region.
Because the crotch is generally ridden with sweat, the Candida will thrive.. I have noted that sources of information are quite difficult to come across for Male thrush. I would recommend that you get yourself an anti-fungal called Canersten (it comes in either topical cream and oral tablet form).
Also, stench is common... If the Canersten doesn't improve your condition see a doctor!

It's interesting how many people think thrush/balanitis is rare in men, and especially in circumcised men. But theoretically, thrush can spread to the groin and testicle areas, but then it'd probably be called "jock itch." Sometimes there is a smell, other times there isn't. Look at the link for more info.
