Foods rich in vitamin E and C, selenium amongst other vitamins and minerals will help your skin and nourish your hair. Good fats are important, these are the unsaturated ones. So here is a list of some of the foods rich in these vitamins, minerals and good fats:

Im not sure what that 7 is there for...

but i dont know what losing weight has to go with your skin and hair being helped unless you have gotten to the point of anorexia where your skin is dying and your hair is falling out... in that case you need a hospital

but for your skin and nails anything with Keritan in it, or vitamin E and K...

I lost 30 pounds by working out 30 to 60 min. 5 days a week and eating a small meal every 4 hours.also if u eat your first meal within 30 min. After waking up. These eating tips keep your metabolism going witch is very important. Good luck:)
