Oh, MY! Poor kid has no clue why what he did was wrong, I'm sure. Kids have a natural curiosity-maybe this teacher had big boobs and his mom doesn't so he was curious. Maybe it just felt comforting to do it! 4-yr-olds do not have spontaneous sexual thoughts, though they may imitate what they have seen adults do. I think everyone here should write a letter of outrage to the superintendent of the Waco school system.
