You can always use "womanly issues"... It being the time of the month. However, be careful on using an excuse to get out of work. It may backfire and you could get in trouble.

Why do you need an excuse?
Calculate how much money they will save not providing you office space. Then point out how much more productive you would be w/o office interruptions, etc. You simply need to present that you will do an even better job and they will save money.

Just say that you dont feel good and that you need to go home. Tell your boss or what ever that he really needs to let you go home before you barf and he has to clean it up!!! lol
