I assuming you mean bootlegg meat or gentically engineered meat. Tat's means it's a imitation of the real thing. MOST fast food restaurants today use these techniques to save on money.

You mean "mechanically separated meat"? It's meat that is stripped from the carcass by machines, usually by steam jet. It's done to remove the tiniest bits of meat from the bones to avoid waste, and usually the resulting meat is pressed and cooked into patties or other shapes.
