my mum told me that when she was young(in Nigeria around the 70's) that white people came and were giving 'vaccines' to random people and later on the people who got the 'vaccines' were found to have a weird unknown retrovirus called HIV?
i didnt believe her and so i asked my paternal uncle and he said it was completely true!!

I certainly don't believe that people purposefully infected a population with HIV, that it was created in a laboratory, etc (see CanProf's answer). However, your mother and uncle's experiences may be true. When the virus was first beginning to spread seriously people did not know what it was, did not know how to detect it, often didn't recognize it, and did not know how it was spread. Since it is possible to get HIV from a contaminated needle, if "white people" were indeed vaccinating a population in which a certain number of people already had the virus but didn't know what it was and therefore didn't take precautions, their vaccines may have infected others. This did not happen on a large scale, but has been known to have happened under a variety of circumstances in various countries (including the US) and especially in areas where money is scarce and using a new needle for every person was not always possible.

I highly doubt that whether they were white or black is the issue?
But is there any evidence? There have been stories but backed up by facts that the left over third reich regime were hiding in other countries such as Nigeria, Africa, South America, third world countries basically where the money talked alot. And they had plenty of it. However they were experimenting on people they continued their mad scientific research for cures of diseases and to give disease in bacterial warfare issues. These things they did made the pharmeceutical companies the richest companies in the world and this is a particular note for many of these people have been major stock holders in these companies. So it might be true. But it would not be some white people? It would be a very evil bunch of human beings, and I am familar with the Black, Hispanic, Japanese, Chinese, etc., involvement as well in all these scientific research programs. It is easier to send in white people to pose as missionaries than the alternative, certainly no African would believe a Chinese etc., would be in a mission in Africa, because obviously the African governments individual coutries have taken part in these profits as well. Like Idi Amein? Strictly for profit, and how about the Rowanda issues? Or the Ivory coast where they sell the children to Germany for slaves?These are all facts.

If so, those white people screwed up the world. I don't think it's true. I don't think any answer to where HIV originated is possible. Entomologist think it crossed to man from apes or monkeys.
