yep is a tool, but it is not neutral.. unfortunatelly.....
it is necessary for many times, but in the rest of the time is useless.
i dont have tv for more than 2 years. i am very happy without it, ad i do not miss it at all. i have interet what gives me the democratic way of informing myself, about and where i want to... i think ppl should admit that they are driven/guverned by mass media...
it is bad. it is bad, because ppl are not leart to realize that TV is not God, they don't have to belive whatever its been told there... but there are some category of society who needs it everyday, and can relax on it...
the bad thing coming from the mass media, that ppl who work there are not absolutely objective regarding one or other subject,, that would maybe help to mass media to become a GOOD thing....

it can be used for good or bad however....
