Excellent. Most of my everyday wardrobe comes from LL Bean -- three or four pair of jeans, several jackets, a bunch of shirts, even a couple pair of shoes and boots. Their return policy is the best -- send it back ANY TIME for ANY REASON and they give you your money back. (You have to pay to have it shipped back to them, but that's fair.)
I bought a pair of pants from them once that didn't fit when I got them, so I put them up for a couple of weeks, which turned into a couple of months. By the time I got around to sending them back we'd lost the original receipt. No problem -- I sent them the pants, they looked up which order I'd made with those on it, and credited my card.
In fact, I have to say that the customer service from Bean is even better than their products. I've only, ever bought from their Web site (not the catalog), and a couple of times when I've made a mistake they corrected it quickly and without any difficulty.
BTW, if you spend any time walking in the snow, their Thinsulate-lined "Storm Chaser" footwear is awesome. I've walked and stood outside ankle-deep in snow with nothing but a thin pair of cotton socks under those boots, and my feet were toasty. They're great in the rain, too (I live in Oregon, so I get a LOT of rain....)
LL Bean gets five out of five stars. Oh, and their women's and kids' clothing is equally good, if you've got a girlfriend/spouse or family. My wife has a couple of jackets, a couple of snuggly nightgowns, and several pair of shoes from them, and my son loves the jacket we just got him.

Yes, but you spend the bucks for the quality.....got 3 LL Bean shirts for Christmas and worn all three of them, they fit my body like a glove, and have gotten several compliments about how "good they look on me"..........the material is first rate as is the rest of the quality of the garment.......I like them so much, in fact, I went online and had a catalogue sent to me so I can order some other items that I've been eyeing for quite sometime........

Yes. Their clothes are very well made. But quality does not come cheap, and you have to pay for LL Bean quality. It's worth it for something you'll use a lot, but for something you'll just wear a couple of times, it's pretty expensive.

LL Bean's clothes are first rate. They are make to last a long time. You will definitely get your money's worth from LL Bean.
