The real meaning of the song is...I heard in an interview when they were making the "Move Along" record there was someone that was driving Tyson crazy constantly and so then he wrote "It Ends Tonight" but that has nothing to do w/the video...

They used it on Laguna Beach during some big break up, so I guess they kind of use it as a break up song
