Go to Victoria Secrets and ask them to measure you. They do it for free.

Remeasure yourself with a cloth/soft tape measure. Measure under your breasts to get the band size and then over the fullest part. The difference between the two sizes (should be something like 2-4 inches) is the cup size. 2=B, 3=C, 4=D. If you're like 2.5 inches now, you may need to buy a new bra that is a 'between' size or 'nearly C' size. Alternately, the band size (which is the smaller of the two numbers) might be too small.

Sounds like its too small. if youre a tiny girl try a 32 c. If youre a little bigger try the 36 b. You can always ask for a fitting by the people who work at the store. Although the lady that did me last was completely wrong. I always wore a 32 c.. and shes like no youre a 36 b.. i tried it on and i could fit 2 of me in the straps and my breasts were over flowing! so beward of the ladies that dont know what they are doing! i ended up walking out with a 34D

The next time you buy bras, go to a department or specialty store where the sales personnel are trained in fitting bras for their cliente. They will measure your chest and cup size and recommend the best style for you, so that you'll be comfortable and look your best. With so many styles available, you'll want to try them on before you purchase.

Okay don't worry about the size of your breast it doesn't matter. And if your not happy get a breast larger thing.or if you cant pay 4 that get padded bra's. My friend has this bra (cause she not fine with her breast size) that it comes with a little pump that makes it bigger. and for you nipples that norm. mine do that all the time. So stop worrying about your boobs and start worrying whats important with your life like school or a job

That's a good sign that it's time for a fitting! Women breasts seems to change from time to time like before and after your period.
Hopes this helps!!
