My suggestion:
With around 10 million people, the Egyptian capital Cairo is the largest city in Africa.

"Meet the Beatles", the Beatles' first US album, was one of the fastest-selling albums of all time.
(the Beatles' first US album is an appositive and needs to be offset on both sides by commas) :-D

AND NOW FOR THE CORRECT ANSWER:

With around 10 million people, the egyptian capital, Cairo, is the largest city in Africa.

The first group of words is a subordinate clause and needs a comma after "people". The word "Cairo" is an appositive and also needs one.

Meet the Beatles, the Beatles' first U.S. album, was one of the fastest-selling albums of all time.

the words "the Beatles' first U.S. album" is also a subordinate clause.

Commas not needed surrounding Cairo, it is a one-word dependent clause. But there should be one after "people"; that ends an independent clause. As for Beatles, commas are needed in both places; "the Beatles' first US album" is an independent clause so they are required.
