Because people also use their avatars for their 360 pages, where you can see the entire picture.

That's a good question. You can see the outfit if the person has a 360.

It's interesting isn't it. I guess we have a large selection, because there are so many Yahoolians using them. I have seen a few full view avatars, but I don't know how it's done.
