I need someone to go to HT for me to pickup some stuff, but they always get the wrong things so I was thinking about giving them the SKU numbers for the items and I wanted to know if they tell the person that is working the number, could they find it in the store?

Thanks! Does anyone know if they sell bleach out in their store as well? I never see it but they have it online, it doesnt say Online Exclusive either..

I love hot topics and I work as a buyer for another retail store. We can look up info usually with a sku and if you have it, a style # or class #. It might be alot of work in the store because their store computers might not be hooked up to their inventory. But if you give them some time, usually stores can get the info from their home office and even give you a list of locations where to find it.
