Actually, they can work with Microsoft Outlook. First you need to open the program up, you may or may not have it. If you do, click on calender on the bottom left corner and put in your dates and events. After that plug in your iPod and make sure the "sync with microsoft outlook" or something is checked.
Make sure outlook is also opened at this time. A message should then come up in outlook, just check 5 minutes for that.
Wait till its done updating then unplug.

It is my understanding that although it says it can import your calendar, it has to be done thru Mac Software called Entourage. They won't communicate with Outlook calendars. Sorry. :-(
