I am going off the pill because i want to have kids but not for a year. So i need another form of birth control that is not medication.

Well in order to get a diaphram you have to go to the person that provides your gyn care. That person will measure you by sticking something that looks a lot like a diaphram inside of you to see how big the area beyond your pubic bone and in front or your cervix is. Then the person will prescribe a size which you can then take to the drug store and fill the prescription. That diaphram that yo will receive is only fitted only for you and it has to be used with spermicide. Oh one more thing before you use it, you have to practice putting it on.

You have to go to a gynecologist. They are different sizes, they have you try a few to see what size you need and if you can put it in (I couldn't) and then I think they order one or give you a prescription, not sure because I didn't get that far.

go to ur obgyn and ask them for one or us a condom.....
