From Denver's perspective, they were saving themselves from the luxury tax. Iverson made Boykins expendable, because Boykins is a smaller less talented version of AI. With Carmelo (back soon), AI, and J.R., they really don't have enough shots for Boykins. A distributor like Blake makes much more sense.
Milwaukee desperately needs points due to injuries to Simmons, Redd, Villanueva, and Williams.

Denver made the worst trade, even worse than the one with Iverson--Earl Boykins was scoring like 20 pts a game while Smith and (Melo, who's still out) were out, that's more than what AI scored in those games!!!

I guess cap space means a lot to the nuggets. I guess this is what happens when you overpay for Nene
don't see boykins able to run loose like he can in denver
look for boykins to put in his year and a half and then leave

He is a good enough offensive player to be on the floor. However, he is a huge defensive liability. He was okay in Denver cuz of Camby. Now I don't know how well he will do with the Bucks.

I think its a really dumb move on the Nuggets part. AI and Earl were playing so well together.
