Ew! I wouldn't say anything. I would just be shocked.
If you don't approve of what he's saying, then just try to ignore it. If it keeps up, then tell him so. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, then just make a point of walking out of the room.
Take the high road and be mature.

if he continues to make comments like that tell him to stop
if he doesn't stop it is harassment and report him to supervision
