What can you do, appart from hiring a hit man, can you do if you have fallen victim of a bad ebayer?
By this I mean, somebody who has taken your money, but cant be bothered to send the good's, ever?
I was just wandering if there was something you could actualy do appart from the obviouse harsh email and bad feedback?

If you paid with paypal, you can file a complaint and get your money back. If you paid with a money order, file for mail fraud.

go to the paypal site (if you have pay by that method) and open a dispute in the resolution centre. I have a dispute open at the minute with an awkward seller. Paypal will investigate the complaint and hopefully you will be reimbursed. bare in mind though, this will not happen overnight. I have been through the same process and it took me nearly a month to get my money back. Don't ever close a dispute until you get your money back. Good luck. I know how frustrating it is!

Contact ebay and they can investigate!! If the goods then fail to arrive ebay will refund the money though they only refund upto £500 or something like that! Also they will only refund the money if you paid using PayPal. If you paid by other money transfer methods then I am afraid ebay will not offer you a refund because they clearly state on their website not to use them since they are not safe. Ebay will also terminate the seller account but that will be no worry for the seller because they will just set up another account!!

You can sometimes get your money back from ebay. Ive not got my stuff yet from a guy, I ordered in well before Christmas. I did the feedback bit and there was a section that said you could take your complaint further and maybe get your money back. I didnt look at it though yet.

There is not much you can do - sorry.
I have had the same experience and did everything that
eBay recommends but nothing came out of it. According
to eBay I should get £ 7 back of my lost £ 46 but it
involved such a lot of paperwork that I just let it go.
with eBay you are on your own.

Sadly though, it happened to me this month, and 16 others on the same site - I only got £3.65 out of £18.00 from PayPal. Thinking about taking an advert out in Devon (where the horrid person lives) to warn others about her! Not sure if it's worth my money though...

Did you pay via Paypal? If so you can claim your money back through them. if not then report them to Ebay and they will get a strike. 3 strikes and they're out!

Ebay has a reporting and disputes procedure...not as satisfying as a baseball bat...but worth looking into.
