i have had four Astra's and they have all been the same, its not a water leek problem, all mine have been bone dry , the vent system is just not very good, in damp weather i have to drive with the drivers window open half on inch to stop the misting over and i have found that the newer models with pollen filters are worse as the filter reduces the strength of the air current directed on to the windows. A design fault but all in all not a bad car for the money.

Is the condensation on the front window.Does it happen when u are in defrost mode. If so u could have a leak in the heater core. U will need to replace the heater core. Check coolent level, and temp of the heater hoses. If different temp u have a problem.
