i just bought a razor from sprint two days ago.
the first day i received it i downloaded a ringtone and i tried to set it up as when everyone calls it plays...but it didn't work. i took it to the sprint store today and one of the sprints empolyees made it work then i took it home and it still DOESN'T work correctly all of a sudden. it's brand new, this shouldn't be this hard. anyone know how to fix this?

There are ring tones and there are call tones. Ring tones are what the owner of the handset hears when someone is calling them. Call tones are what the caller hears when they call the handset. It could be you just don't know that distinction and are going to the wrong place in your menu. It isn't broken.

first of all are you sure it's a RAZR because sprint also sells KATANA which is similar to the RAZR
