A single mother worked, not eight, but nine hours. She has just cut you off in traffic and you are not to happy about it. You need to think how she feels since she's trying to rush home to feed her children, help with homework, and spend time with her precious children.

Should you acknowledge the known fact that what she did was not good and there is no good excuse for wreckless driving? Should you be made to feel guilty for recognizing the law and danger that may have occurred or possibly did? Do you reason that if you had done the same there would be no excuse for it?

OR

Should you feel dramatic sorrow for her?

No, I wouldn't feel sorry for her, and by letting her fo is enabling her. If she can't drive sensible after working 9 hrs, then she should cut back her hrs. There is no excuse for what she done, and in reality, she might of hurt herself or someone else and then what good would she be to her children if she broke an arm or end up in the hospital for a few days, and then if it's her fault depending on the circumstances she might end up going to court, which will cost money and more time away from the children. If she loved her children (and I'm sure she does love them)...she should be more careful driving so she can see her children after work.
