best and easiest way-go get yourself a salon professional full set of acrylic nails. Super WalMart only 25 bucks! Important-you have to keep up with your 'fill ims'-every two weeks without fail. Don't be embarrased, either, they have seen it all and will never say anything to insult you. The fills are 15.00 every two weeks, you will feel pampered, and it costs less than those wacky bitter chems that you put on them and last much longer than do it yourself kits.

Buy a product that you apply like nail polish to your nails that has a foul taste; there are at least a few different brands available wherever nail care products are sold. I believe Orly makes one.

dip your fingernails in some nasty sh!t so you wouldnt want to bite it. or get some fake nails. wear gloves? i use to bite my cuticles but i cant anymore cause its hard cause of my braces :)
