My sister's cell phone is in lock mode and it requires a four digit password to cancel it. She thought the password was a certain number but it hasn't worked. Is there any way to remove the lock without totally restarting everything?

she should try using the last four digits of her cell phone number...if that doesn't work then you should call the phone company and find out if they can give you any information. i hope that helped!

start with simple things like 0000 1111 1234 unless your sister knows she changed the password then i have no clue.

Try phoning the phone company.
