All I can think of is "Children of Man".

Children of Men is a 2006 dystopian thriller film directed by Alfonso Cuarón, loosely based on P.D. James's novel The Children of Men. The film depicts a bleak world in which no human child has been born for 18 years, human extinction looms, and violence reigns. The plot centers on Great Britain, which has become a police state.

The cast includes Clive Owen, Julianne Moore, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Michael Caine.

Could it be Children of Men, the new movie with Clive Owen?

Plot Outline: In 2027, in a chaotic world in which humans can no longer procreate, a former activist agrees to help transport a miraculously pregnant woman to a sanctuary at sea, where her child's birth may help scientists save the future of humankind.

pretty vague question but I think you mean The Children of Men. It's based on a book by PD James which is pretty good - read the book before you see the movie.
