Not a chance in hell.
My husband acts like the world must come to a complete standstill when he has a headache. He couldn't handle the pain of childbirth.
More than that, most men couldn't handle the pain of motherhood. I've had a cold for weeks, and I can't take "time off" from kid stuff for more than an hour or so.

It depends on the man the same as it depends on the woman.
Some women are absaloute chickens during pregnancy, they complain of every single twitch and itch and just flat out can not handle it and i believe if it was a man some men could be the same.
Yet, i have known men my husband included that if it were them having the babies they could handle it just as well as i and most women do.
I don't see men as a weaker sex and vice versa to women i just think it depends solely on that person.

I'm a daddy....been there for my little girl's birth. Caught her, cut her cord, first to wash her, cleaned her first poop. I'd give my left nut to give birth. It seems so very cool, and yes, I could easily handle it. Personally i think it's a head game...our culture is brought up to be scared to death of childbirth....but more primitive cultures give birth with little or no drama. It's all about relaxing and going with it. Can anyone explain to me why humans are the only animals that don't simply relax and give birth? Check out the animal kingdom....hell, giraffes give birth to these monstrous babies...do you see the mother screaming out? Of course not.
Still, no one has answered my questions here. If you think I'm joking, go ahead and google Hypno Birthing. Main theory....relaxation and proper breathing techniques. No pain.

No. I don't know of any men that can even handle being sick without being such babies. I'm not trying to be condescending but women were given the ability by nature to handle the pain, and stress of birth, men weren't.

you can handle the pain if it's something you really want. men and women both complain at headaches because we don't want our heads throbbing. Women, at least most of them, want babies and so they know they have to endure the pain of childbirth to have them. Men could take the pain just as easily but it's a dumb question cuz their bodies aren't meant to handle it.
Anyway, barefoot_yank is right. check out hypno-birthing. here's the link to that.

no way i have tried loads on my husband just to see the result of how he reacts, he cant even get through having his eyebrow plusked or his leg or back waxed, they are stronger for lifting furniture and thats it. Girl power is everything, men are just jelous because they have got it.

haha no I dont think so. I think they would have one cramp and kill themselves. They may be stronger in some aspects but I think we are meant to deal with the pain and that's why we are the ones to have the babies.
