it might be slow due to weather condition..also reset the modem from time to time..don't know what kind of modem you have but there should be reset button at the back of your modem(small hole..you have to use pin to push it)..hold it for 30 seconds..also you can call to customer support and complain that you are not getting the speed that you paying for and them to give you 3 month free(worked for me..lol)
