there is a rumor of it comming out summer 2007.
no one knows forsure.
there is also a rumor of it being called Empire.
they are only rumors they might be true but they probaly arent.

Rumour is that Book III will be released some time this Summer of 2007. However, at this point, there is no official release date for the book or title.
I'd suggest reading the first two books all over again and/ or listen to the story tapes in the meanwhile rather than sit on your hands. :-)

Random House has not chosen to to announce a release date as of yet. There is speculation that the book will be released on the summer of 2007.

There isn't even a firm title given for this book yet, so I think it will probably be a while.
However, if you need a fix, the Deluxe Edition of "Eldest" has a portion of the new book in the back.

I wish I knew. I haven't heard anything yet, sorry. At this point I think they are more worried about the movie than the book, but I am sure he is working on it.

it was going to be published and released spring 2007 but the book is too thick and it will take longer, people says its called empire and its green.......

i just finished eldest a few days ago and i'm gutted that there is no release date yet, hopefully summer 2007

sorry i don't know the answer to this question but that would really... and i mean really stink if it comes out in the summer of 2007 (this year). i want to read it now!
