You can get your own website by design it yourself or hiring a website designer like myself. If you want to do it yourself you will need to do the following.
Purchase website storgae space thru a company like aplus.net
Have an editor like dreamweaver to produce your website and then publish it to the web.

to get your own website go on to piczo.com you sign up think of a user name password and the other usual stuff(you have to be over 13 to sign up) then you make a site name and once this is done you begin making your site and once it is done you send it to your friends so they can see and on the login or sign up page there are picture these are sites you can view to get ideas to get started hope this is what you re looking for and it helps
