Well, If you don't mind doing it illegally. Use LimeWire. You can download LimeWire for free at: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/home.shtml then once you have it downloaded. Click on the tab that says Video and search for Lord of the Rings.
If you don't want to do it illegally, you can use iTunes and buy it from them.

Hopefully you can't and won't. this is movie piracy and grand theft, so you really need to think about what you're doing. Saving a couple of bucks (which is what it would cost you to buy it on ebay or used version on Amazon) is not worth becoming a thief.
