If you are using the English [United Kingdom] settings for your keyboard then hold down the "Shift" key on the left hand side of the keyboard and press the @ on the right hand side of your keyboard which is normally the apostrophe key '.

On a UK keyboard it is next to the return/enter key. If US it is on Shift + 2. If you are in the UK but have US keyboard set then try shift + 2.

If you need to change the keyboard layout go into regional and language settings in the control panel and change everything to whichever country you are in
