I am so tired of people getting away with being so mean on here. Its like thats what they do all day is find people with serious problems and then write hateful things. It makes me so angry. How do you feel about it?

Girlfriend.......do not worry about these people on this website and what they're writing. I do this sh!t for sport Ok? I've been cussed out, chew out, reported, yelled at in writing. But do you think I care? Hell No! I'm sensing that your a sensitive person. Well that's nice! We need nice sensitive people like you in the world. Don't let these words upset you! I release stress on Yahoo just for the hell of it! I stay in the Society & Culture Category the most because that's where I get my sh!t off the most when I get pissed! Especially when they start writing about things I disagree with. Now there are people out here in the world that are a bunch of *******! But don't you let that bother you. You seem like a real nice person. Don't let anyone ever bring you down to their level. Honey I get down to their level just so I can vent and cuss a sucka out! And at the same time, I'm LMAO! You stay sweet. Don't sweat the madness! Because this is just something to do.

That is the best question I've read so far today.

My suspicions are simply that people communicate and act in the same manner as they think. People who say or do unkind things tend to think in unkind ways. It's not that they're necessarily mean spirited people, it's just a bad habit many folks have. It is a true reflection of what turmoil one has inside them. It also reflects one's environment. People living in a toxic environment tend to reflect that toxicity in their thoughts, attitudes and actions.

All it takes is a little enlightenment, self awareness and a bit of practice and one can start treating others nicely. As a recovering dick-head, I've found myself much happier and at-ease since changing my ways. It's not too tough, and the payoff is great.

People feel they can be mean because they have the internet to hide behind and probably a couple of thousand miles between them and the recipient.

Don't worry about people like that they are the ones with the real problems who want to project their feelings of worthlessness onto others.

I think you are not ready for the "real world". You are not always going to get the answer you want to hear for your questions. Everyone is different and if you don't like what people have to say then don't ask because you may get an answer you don't like. Just how the world turns. Take it or leave it.

I think people look for ways, especially now in the massive information age, to feel superior while still being discrete. Really, when people can get away with being crappy without scrutiny, all manners and social responsibility become trivial.

People are just frustrated with their own lives and take it out on others here. It's easier here. It's not like they're saying it to someone's face. So they don't have to feel guilty about it. It's pretty easy to insult someone when they aren't within punching distance. Don't get mad, just think they are idiots and below you.

Cowards that don't have the courage to deal with people face-to-face have to have somewhere to vent their frustration. The best thing to do is just ignore it and move on. If you respond you're just adding fuel to the fire.

I'm not mean.I agree though when I stop to answer a question it's one I'm truly interested in or know something about. And I put my whole heart into all my answers, and try never to give bad advice.
