Best friend of 22 years?

Question

We have been besties since we were 2. I was having problems where we were living and was a bit scared for my life so I moved away to another place, she was one of the few people who knew where.
We havent spoken for about 6 months. I tried calling her but she is really angry at me saying I didnt tell her I was leaving, but I did.
I feel like i have done the right thing in trying to contact her, but she is being so hard. Should I just let it go, or keep trying to patch up the friendship

shell give in eventually she probably just pretty hurt that she cant just walk out the house and knock ur door. give her some time if that doesnt work than its the biggest loss she will ever experience if she cant understand y u did what u did then maybe its time to let go. keep pestering her. her true feelings will come out eventually.

shes not ready let it go and call her in in the future ,I'm 26 me and my bestie have been friends since we were like 4 as well and we have periods of time when we wont talk for 6 months at a time but i don't matter cause at anytime i could just walk in to her house like it was my own and its like we've never been apart .if your as close as you say shell get over it..

Keep trying 22 years is a long time just to give up so easily anyway just remind her of how good friends you really are and am sure everything will turn out just fine.

if your friend ship is natural you shouldnt have to try so hard to keep it together it takes both sides for success.
