Emos are supposed to be emotional, right? Yet they show only sadness, depression, and angst. They should be renamed depressos or how about emorons?

Well emorons sounds stupid, but I have to agree with you on one thing. Emos show only sadness, depression, and angst. It makes "emotional" sound pretty one-sided. My sister is more emo than an emo. She shows all emotions freely.

I'm not really sure why people started calling people emo. I mean, it started as a type of music that was "emotional screamo" amd people that listen to that type of music shortened it. I think that people call kids "emo" when they look like they belong to that scene even if they might not really.

i saw a bunch of emos at the highland mall today, they were discussing how bad life was and then they went into hot topic and shoplifter a very emo shirt
they were so emolicious
