CONGRATS..I would love to be in your shoes. Here's some ideas..
*Blow up balloons and have a contest where each person puts a balloon is his/her shirt. Then everybody has to tie their shoes the first one to do it wins..it's a cute game the idea is to experience it in the mom-to-be's shoes.
*Play "Make a Baby." Have the expecting couple leave the room and distribute small pieces of Play-Doh to the guests and they try to mold a baby in a certain amount of time. When the time was up, put the babies on a platter, and the expecting couple comes in and picks their favorite baby. Some are hilarious.
*Diaper Olympics..get 2 infant-sized dolls that need a pretend diaper change. Divide the group in half and do a relay race. You have to take the baby, rush to the table, pull the diaper off, use a wipe, powder, and diaper again, and then take it to the next person in line. It's good practice for the guys!

Whoever Wins Goes Home - just about every guy will love it. :-)
We had where everyone got a diaper pin when they came in, and pinned it to their shirt. Then there were a list of words: "baby" "cute" "adorable" and "sweet", where if anyone said those words, they had to give their pin up to whoever they said it to. The guys had fun because the girls use those words more. The only thing that hung them up was "baby". It started when my husband looked at me four minutes in and said "Hey, Baby, where do you want the gifts?"

They got very competitive.
We also had a baby-weight "pool". It took the idea of the traditional baby pool, where people bet on when the baby will be born, a step further by changing the question from "When will the baby be born?" to "How much will the baby weigh?" What's really funny is a lot of those guys had no clue how much a normal baby weight is, so they were guessing either much less (3 lbs) or much more (12 lbs).
They also liked the how-many-pieces-of-toilet-paper thing. You pass around rolls of toilet paper and tell the guests to tear off how much toilet paper it would take to wrap around the largest part of the woman's belly one time. Beware, though, some of the guys can be really brutal on this (I think my husband's best friend went for somewhere around 87 pieces of toilet paper)

- You can have them race to see who diapers a baby correctly the fastest - gather a bunch of dolls, use some newborn diapers and you have an instant game.
- There is also the nasty diaper game where you put different kinds of chocolate/candy in the diaper and make them figure out what it is...you can use baby food also. Kind of gross but also could be fun.
- I heard the beer chugging bottle one is fun.
- You can also have the guys estimate how big they think mom's belly is around by giving them some yarn, telling them to cut and then having the Dad to be measure each on mom's belly.
You really don't need a ton of games - no more than 5 and that should be great.

I had a co-ed baby shower too and EVERYONE participated in puzzle games.
For example, there was a game where there were a list of animals and everyone had to write down what the proper name of their baby was called (i.e. Bear = Cub). Most of my games were like that. Then, we also did the bottles for just the guys. Since the place where we held my shower didn't allow alcohol, my friends used Sprite. If you use soda, make sure the holes in the nipples are big enough to where the carbonation doesn't suck nipple into the bottle. That's what happened to a lot of the bottles. Even though it didn't quite work, it was a lot of fun.

Well, you take all the labels off baby food, and give everyone a sheet of paper. Label the baby food jars 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and have everyone number their sheet 1 to ten. then, pass the baby food around and let everyone smell it, and guess what type of food it is (peaches, etc.) then designate 3 people to taste the food and make them guess what it is! its hilarious, plus whoever wins goes home with a small prize. also, baby tosses work too. This is another game that is played when all the guys pair up and toss an at first naked baby doll from one person to another without dropping it. Each time, they must put one article of clothing or item on the baby (diaper, pants, shirts, hats, socks, pacifiers...) and whoever finishes first wins!!!!! another game, that's fun is when balloons (filled with soft, small, small items)
are scattered them all over the ground. Tie the competitors hands behind their backs, and make them pop the balloons using their stomachs and butts only! the one with the most items wins.... HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!! hope these give some good ideas!

First I hope there are "virgin" drinks available for the mom to be! That could be dangerous for the baby if the mom is drinking. . . . Anyway, I'm from a little more conservative background but we know how to have fun too! I've been to baby showers before where the men race to see who can change a diaper the fastest using dolls as babies and they are blindfolded sometimes depending on what skill level you think they are. I have also done a shower before where various food type things are smeared in diapers and passed around and people have to guess what's in the diaper by sight and smell. Melted Reeses peanut butter cups and Hershey bars, baby food peas, squash, cottage cheese, etc. Be creative! Take traditional games and turn them into manly games!

There's one where the guys have to change a baby's (doll) diaper using only one hand -very fun. And of course there are the co-ed games: guess what's in the diaper, draw a baby w/out looking... things like that.

We did a co-ed babyshower and played "get the babies ready for bed". I had two stuffed animals and two people would race against each other. They had to undress the baby, wash them (we used a baby tub with no water), dry them, diaper them, dress them, kiss them goodnight, and put them in the crib. Since it was all pretend, people were practically throwing the babies across the room to win their heat. It was a stitch! We would pair wives against their husbands. You should have seen everyone. One lady "washed" the baby by dunking it in the bathtub face down! At the end, all the props we used were gifts for the couple.

another fun one is to take different baby foods (the grosser looking the better) and smear a little bit in a disposable diaper... (usually about 5-10 diapers is good) have the guys pass the diapers around and try to identify the food in the diapers. gets rather funny!

Im throwing a baby shower this weekend and one game i made up is, Im folding decoritive squares of paper in half ( looks like a miniature baby announcement card) and inside writting a gender ( girl/boy) and on one card write the opisite gender ( if you write boy on 20 cards write girl on the 21st card) and put them in tiny envelopes and whoever gets the "odd" announcement wins a prize.
