Human VNTR locus contains a tandem repeat of four nucleotides, (CGGT)n, where n may be any value between 7 and 22. How many different alleles of this locus would you expect to find in the human population? How many genotypes are possible?

I have no idea how many VNTR are there is our body. There should quite a lot.

PCR it and then recombine it. After that check for the number of proteins formed. You would know the number of genotypes.
