I suggest going on ebay or amazon.com the dvds you are looking for might be cheaper than you expect, if you dont mind getting used dvds.
If you want to rent, netflix.com has some underground dvds and such but i doubt that the quality will always be very good, because a lot of people dont take care of the dvds, but its better than nothing...

I've gotten an few things from Learmedia.com although you have to be careful, they also burn rare movies that have not been released from VHS to DVD and the quality isn't that great.
It's usually clear on the website which ones are burned and which ones aren't though and the seller is very truthful if you ask him about specific titles.
(He's in Canada so there are no copyright issues that I know of).
