what do the miami dolphins need to do to make playoffs next year?
they have great players i think they are highly capable of making playoffs and go even further than that?
is there any thing that they need to improve drastically this offseason?

The defence is solid. I'm glad they are in position to get a decent draft pick. Everyone seems to be going after Defencive players from this class, so at the #9 spot we should get a pretty decent QB or WR and start building fast. There are only so many years left before Thomas & Taylor get tired of working there *sses off to just lose and they will go somewhere else. If Ricky Williams didn't fall of the wagon, we might still have a chance. They need a balanced Offence, no superstars, just balance. If you can threat with either run or pass, you can score some points and let the defence take care of the rest.

Get a new offensive coach. Saban is a good coach, but the NFL is not a good fit for him.
Get a pro bowl running back (remember when williams was there they were a reall good team)
Get at a pro bowl receiver. TO should get there, maybe the hot South Beach chicks will distract him enough to keep his mouth shut and play.
Find a great Linebacker like Jason Taylor. The man is gone soon and they don't have anyone his caliber to replace him.

They need to either win their division, or have one of the 2 best non-division championship records in the American Football Conference, called a "wild-card".

Easy one. Get rid of Harrington. We suffered for about 4 years with him as QB at Lions. Glad to get rid of him. Now we have Kitna, not too much better but at least he can throw a screen pass or other short pass.

Rushing Offense was in the bottom third of the league this season.
