Yes. Parents are always expected to go with children to a place that is up for grabs by a sweepstakes. It does not have to be both parents, It can just be a mom, or just be a dad. It's the same for almost every sweepstakes. It is required by law. Actually, now that I think about it, It doesn't have to be a parent, It can be a guardian too, but they have to be over 18 years of age. Hope I helped.

Yes, since most Disney channel sweepstakes are usually for kids (usually 8 to 13), at least one parent/guardian must accompany the winner on the trip.
