if the anwser is yes, racial profiling and name profiling and voice profiling by the authorities are there...what can we do about it as citizents.

They will tell you a resounding NO , but lets face it, we are all human , some members by nature will be some what racist , they obviously will hide it since our police force is determined to have a clean slate " NO RACISM " , but !!! how can you prevent it ? you cant .. only education, persistence , and intolerance against possible racists that will solve the problem with time , we have a very high standard police forces in our great country of CANADA.
