First: multiply the numerators...

3*5 = 15

Sec: multiply the denominators...

5*6 = 30

Third: place the numerator over the denominator...

I find decimals easier to deal with: 3/5=0.6
5/6=0.833...
0.6*0.833...=0.5
OR
multiply both top numbers together and both bottom numbers together:
3*5=15
5*6=30
and the answere is 15/30, which when reduced is 1/2.
