I want to gain some weight because all of my friends have change since we graduated from middle school and when we all enter high school all of my friend gain some weight but not alot they have a nice body and everything and i wanna look just like them with a good body not fat or skinny and i really needed your support.

Twinkees, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Ice Cream, and some steaks.

You should put on weight quickly.....

...Just don't complain in a couple years that you need to get it off!

I had this same problem when I was 14. I am now 30. I was always the smallest girl out of all of my friends. No one understood how much I hated being so skinny. How tall are you? I asked my doctor how to gain weight and he told me to drink a milkshake every night before I went to bed. I did and it worked. Just be sure that you get exercise and eat healthy. By the time I was in 10th grade, everyone was calling me Barbie because they said that I had the perfect body. Just hang in there!!! Good luck!!!

I understand what you are going through at your age i think i was a little less in weight than what you are now and yes it did bother me a lot. because i felt like i was not in the mix and i was been pushed aside from the high social class in sch. But now lookin back at then, i laugh, why? because it really doesn't matter how much you weigh but what you can compensate for the lack of weight. What you have to understand is that we all don't have the same metabolism, some burn at a much rapid rate while some burn at a much slower rate plus different hormones. at age14 i was very active and still active in sports and other physical activities but i ate less..l ate one sold meal and snack the rest of the day which is bad for growth what you can do to improve ur weight is to eat more and excise more and find out what your friend eat. building muscle requires a higher calorie diet and protein plus you must increase your meal intake to 6 per day — eating every three hours. Caution! watch what you eat make sure it healthy their is a lot of websites that could help you with that AND NO STERIOD.
If that don't work, like i said earlier look for something that can compensate for your weight.. look for what you are good in sport,book,girls,music politics,cars etc build on that and let ur light shine and whatever you are good in, respect urself and other will respect you too.. ppl like Earl Boykins(Denver nuggets) Gandhi from India,Omarion the R&B singer so many ppl like that got to the high statis in life why not you? you can too

You don't want to gain weight, just not too look as scrawny. Eat a bit more, but make these foods still relativley healthy. Eating tons of candy and ice cream will make you gain fat---yuck! You need to build muscles by lifting weights and you won't look so small. Try lifting light weights about 3 times a week.

You should only be concerned with being skinny if you also are not eating well. As long as you are eating a balanced diet with regular meals then some people just have metabolism that keeps them skinny.

If you're worried about being attractive, then just know that guys generally are attracted to girls that look healthy. So as long as you exercise and have a rosy glow, it doesn't matter so much what your exact weight or curviness is.

You need to eat plenty of protein to build new tissue (muscle) not flab.My daughter also had a problem trying to gain weight and her doctor said to eat a well balnced diet and increase her protien by drinking protein shakes once a day and eating more lean meats.

eat a bunch of protean like stake lots of meat fattie foods starch is good fore gaining wait so patatoes worke out lift come weights and build up mucle mass i am 21 years old and i have lifted weights sence i was 6 so to it 2 times daley fore atleast 2 to 3 houres and just cuz it burns dont quit that is a good thing that means you are worken that mucle to its extent and thats how you gain weight

well....girls develop at different times.you might be a 'late bloomer' is all and you may also be naturally thin.i didnt develop any curves until i was fifteen-ish..you might hit a growth spurt and sprout some curves...lol
