lol. I don't think so. First of all theres no way you could get everyone to call fetuses terrorists. Even real terrorists are not called terrorists by some (they are called "freedom fighters"). Second, even if we somehow got eveyone to think of fetuses as terrorists, it would probably INCREASE the number of abortions!
