Yes, eating yogurt regularly can help prevent yeast infections. (But it must be the type with active/live yogurt cultures. Which is usually plain. You can mix with fruit to make more palatable. Normally the ones flavored up with loads of sugar are a no no.)

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

Yes. Eating it regularly helps keep your natural flora down there in balance. If you have a yeast infection you can actually apply PLAIN yogurt to your vaginal area to ease burning and itching.

Yes, plain yogurt does. Flavored or sugared varieties do not. You can also take ACIDOPHILUS capsules

Yes as long as it is not loaded with sugar. The plain works best. All the fruity sugar filled ones can make it worse.

Yup. Eating it or even soaking in it. It helps replace the natural flora "down there."
Stick with the plain.
