Statistics are that 60% of men cheat and 40% of women. There are many reasons. A man cannot be made to cheat by a woman but may give into temptation from a woman. When a man cheats, it is because he made a decision to do so.

There are many reasons. You can email me if you would like to discuss this privately.

This man here hasn't cheated.

About 50% of people cheat, men and women. Cheating = physical adultery. Number is surely higher considering emotional affairs.....

Only the person who cheats made them cheat. The woman might give them reasons to leave their marriage, but it's never ok to cheat.

Vice versa true too.

Women may give men the excuse they want to have but no one makes a man cheat except himself. So if I were your boyfriend or husband and I said, "You made me do it." That's a lie unless you had a gun to my head telling me to cheat or else I would die...even than I still have a choice. Not a nice choice, cheating or death but it's still a choice. Like I said, it's an excuse to do something they already wanted to do than they can pin the blame on someone else besides themselves so they can either not feel guilty about it or to be able to cheat and keep their relationship making the girl think it's her fault.

All men don't cheat. I never have. Some of the men I know who have cheated usually weren't getting any at the time. Woman can't make their man cheat, only he can make that decision. But If she can keep her man happy, she will have a lot less to worry about.

Hard question to answer but I believe that it depends on the man. Some men have the predisposition to be cheaters...some women can drive a man to cheat.

All men do not cheat and "men" who cheat are not men, they are pathetic excuses for human beings. Women do not hold them at gun point and tell them to cheat, but guys who do cheat usually feel like their needs aren't being met at the home front and rather than clue in their wives/girlfriends, they seek consolance elsewhere. Some guys are just jerks who live to bounce from woman to woman. My husband and I have our fair share of problems, but we have open communication to be sure things like this never happen. My husband adores me and would never do something like that.

No all men don't cheat. Believe it or not there are nice guys out there. And its never the woman's fault if they do cheat they just say that to make themselves feel better.

Not all men cheat. And when they do, they sometimes blame the woman: "She doesn't make an effort anymore". Don't they realize that, maybe, THEY should also make an effort?

By the way, women also cheat.

Cheating is not about gender, creed or persuasion. It is about lack of maturity, deep seeded issues and the fact that the relationship is flawed to begin with.
When you find a partner that loves and respects you, and you feel the same, cheating does not even compute into the equation. Love, trust, honesty, loyalty mutual and self respect, however, do.
So choose your long term partner carefully, and do not ignore signs or your gut feeling. When you find the ONE you will KNOW.
