You will need to purchase a subscription thru there isp to be able to log onto Yahoo.com. They will give you all the setting that you will need.

Yahoo is not an ISP.
An ISP provides what is called a POP
(Point of Presence) that is either a dial up
or broadband connection to the net.

Yaho is not an ISP, If you are in the UK you can sign up with BT for broadband or dialup and they work in conjunction with yahoo. It would not use your current yahoo account though. they would give you a btinternet email that also gives access to yahoo services
